Balistes carolinensis: this is his scientific name.
In Greece him we say pig-fish, because it has very hard skin, and when him you touch in fishhook, it removes sounds as the pig. Attention: because it bites bad, but also the thorn in his fin in the ridge it has poison.
In order to him you cook, it should him you skin (with pliers), and it has very tasty meat.
It lives in bottoms with rocks, and from 10 - 100 metres depth....
